Experiencing High Sensitivity

Experiencing High Sensitivity

Moving through the experience of high sensitivity is a true ability.

It's an ability that requires care and attention; Otherwise, it can have a deep impact as one ages.

High sensitivity can be overlooked within the family unit if experienced in childhood, and can even be overlooked by the individual who’s moving through it until it’s brought into awareness.

There are those who experince high sensitivity from a young age, and others whose sensitivity comes more ‘online’ through various life experiences.

Moving through high sensitivity requires recognization, understanding, care, space, love and skill.

This can provide a path to transform the experience of high sensitivity into it's potential.
